Gary Con XVIII 2026 Time!

I can't believe I leave for Lake Geneva in two weeks! This last year was a whirlwind with our move to Nebraska and the time has really flown by. I'm definitely going to miss the drive up to Wisconsin with my pal Chris from Dayton, OH but can't wait to jump in the car. Let's hope old man winter slumbers for the next few weeks and it's easy sailing.
I'm not running any games this year as things have just been too busy for me to prep anything. That said, I'm super excited to be trying out some games that have been on my must play list for a while as well as partaking in some favorites. Below is a run down of the sessions I'll be playing in and I'll share an after action report when I get back:
The White Crypt Hungers - Shadowdark RPG
The first major standalone adventure release for Shadowdark RPG from The Arcane Library! Void Cultists are feeding corpses to their growing White Crypt, where horrific Outsiders from beyond the stars are beginning to invade our realm! 5th Level - Written by Joseph R Lewis
Tower of Dead Thieves - Old School Essentials
Once every seven years, the tower’s doors swing wide for the latest bold adventurers. Can you overcome the devious traps to claim the legendary treasure? Or will your bones be the latest to decorate the tower’s halls?
The Adventure of the Knight Silent - Pendragon
Enter the world of legendary Arthurian Brittannia and adventure in this fabled realm as you face the Knight Silent and rescue a damsel in distress. Character knights will be provided.
Scent of a Killer - Vaesen
A series of gruesome murders have taken place near Stockholm. August T. Lysander, one of the richest businessmen in the town and an old friend of the Society, asks for help in solving the murders as he suspects a Vaesen is responsible.
A Fateful Meeting - The One Ring
Your party is enjoying a rare quiet evening at The Prancing Pony when a hunter shares a story about discovering a hill in the North Downs with ancient standing stones and a terrifying vision he had while there. The next morning, the Company sets out from Bree, heading north. After days of travel in the wild, they reach the Crowned Hill.
Hirelings to Heroes - Dungeon Crawl Classics
You got a job! A traveling adventure party has hired you as hirelings to do the grunt work on their adventures. Pack up your meager belongings. We leave in the morning. If all goes well, you get a share of the loot! Dungeons are dark and dangerous places, but the adventurers will be doing all the hard work. What could possibly go wrong?
