This massive boxed set is in overall terrific condition! The box itself has some rubbing, edge wear, minor lid dishing, and some stains. All four corner are intact. All six maps have extremely slight wear with no tears, pin holes, or other issues. The three books have very slight wear with clean, unmarked interiors. The poster and House Do'Urden Retrospective have minor wear with some wrinkling. The 10 out of 12 cardsheets included have slight wear with a bit of rubbing, corner wear, and slight staining. The only missing items from the box set are 2 of the 12 cardsheets.
