Player’s Option: Skills & Powers expands character creation with point‑based customization, new abilities, and modular rules. It features flexible character kits such as the Barbarian Berserker, Wilderness Runner, and Mystic, giving players deeper control over how heroes develop while staying fully compatible with core 2e campaigns.

This is nice copy with overall minor exterior wear including mainly superficial rubbing and scratches. All four corners are intact. The interior shows evident of a minor spill which slightly stained the top edge of perhaps 1/4 of the pages. Aside from a former owner's name in ink on the inside front cover, the interior is unmarked.

GOOD - Heavily used and likely stored with little care with defects such as moderate cover wear, corner damage, spine creases, minor tears, stains, writing and/or highlighting and moderate lid depression if a box set.

FAIR - Roughly used and likely stored with no care with defects such as significant cover wear, corner damage, spine creases, loose pages, moderate to heavy tears, stains, writing and/or highlighting and a crushed lid if a box set.
